Identity<\/div>
Each club is unique, let's respect its culture and history. The identity will allow us to know the values, the exact and defined game model that represents the club's teams and the profile of the players that fits best to this game model.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Planning<\/div>
Player development is important on every formative stage. Planning will allow us to have a big picture of what contents to train in each stage and what is the priority depending on the number of categories in the club. All these contents will have a logical and coordinated progression between categories.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Programming<\/div>
Programmming will take us in the weekly micro-cycles of each team and we will specify the contents to train and the physical load we want each day, keeping in mind the evolution and the development process of the player.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Methodology<\/div>
Contexts are what makes players learn the most. We will generate contexts, training sessions that allow each player to develop at the highest level.
