Real Madrid have earned 4 points out of a possible 6 in their first two league matches, in the second reign of\u00a0<\/span>Carlo Ancelotti<\/span><\/b>.\u00a0So far, we have been able to draw several conclusions, both collectively and individually. Most interesting has been the stellar performances of a totally revitalized\u00a0<\/span>Vinicius<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The young Brazilian has always\u00a0been\u00a0the focus of discussion in previous seasons due to his lack\u00a0efficiency\u00a0in front of goal. This season though,\u00a0<\/span>Vinicius<\/span><\/b>\u00a0has\u00a0begun\u00a0with\u00a0<\/span>3 goals in 2 games<\/span><\/b>, appearing in both fixtures as a substitute. Working out at a goal every 18 minutes, each\u00a0strike\u00a0is\u00a0already\u00a0a\u00a0candidate for\u00a0<\/span>goal of the month<\/span><\/b>!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To learn a little more about this new Vinicius, at the MBP School of Coaches, we\u00a0will\u00a0analyze\u00a0in depth,\u00a0through the\u00a0<\/span>game fundamentals<\/span><\/b>, his first 3 goals of 2021\/22.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Goal 1 (Alaves 1-4 Real Madrid \/ 91\u2019)<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

Fundamental\u00a01:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Attacking the most effective spaces to finish the cross.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At the start of\u00a0the\u00a0play in the lead up to\u00a0the\u00a0goal,\u00a0<\/span>Vinicius<\/span><\/b>\u00a0starts from out wide with the ball, and,\u00a0after combining inside with a teammate, runs in to attack the area. At first, he finds himself surrounded by 3 opponents and marked by\u00a0Laguardia. The attacker makes a wise decision in attacking an open hole behind\u00a0Laguardia, who\u00a0is caught ball-watching and loses sight of the Brazilian.\u00a0It is the perfect application of the fundamental, executed in the style of a pure number 9, that culminates in a diving header to score past the goalkeeper.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In conclusion, we are cautious to celebrate too early the start the player has made to the season, as we are still at the very beginning of this\u00a0new campaign. What we can begin to sense, however, is that the Brazilian has taken greats steps forward in terms of his maturity, which we hope he can continue in doing so.
