During the Master’s program, you will learn the fundamentals of structured training and their relationship with the Individual Fundamentals per Demarcation (IFD) and you will discover how to coach a team from complex thinking, relating it with the Universal Collective Fundamentals and the Line Collective Fundamentals.
In addition, you will put your learning outcomes into practice, both in the playing field and performing live analysis, and you’ll be able to customize them in your final thesis by creating your own game model.
Ultimately, this Master will teach you how to understand football as a field of study with tactical, technical, physical and psychological implications.

COURSE STRUCTURE
This course is structured in seven modules which will allow you to understand football as a field of study, in addition to a final thesis where you will express your own game model.
We will begin with an introduction to the study of football, exploring its meaning and how to approach it across all the areas that surround the game. From there, we will dive into the metagame and how to expand the circle of influence.
We will identify the key aspects involved in player development, explore the field of individual tactics, and examine the optimal solutions to the specific situations each position faces: the Individual Fundamentals by Position (IFD).
We will explore the existence of social dynamics in football, from game constellations to training motor assertive communication. We will then address collective tactics and theories applied to the team as a complex system. In this module, you will also learn about Line Collective Fundamentals and Universal Collective Fundamentals.
We will take an in-depth look at the methodology, discuss why it is essential to develop your own coaching approach, and learn about the different teaching strategies and types of exercises used in training sessions.
We will study video analysis technology and work on the analysis of both players and matches.
We will delve into the concept of the game model through a real case and explore how to build—and defend—your own.
We will watch and analyze professional matches, including FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol, attend live training sessions, and give you the opportunity to obtain the Flux Professional Certification.
Before completing the program, each coach will be required to present their own game model.
