MBP School of Coaches and FEPAFUT have joined forces to create and offer the coaching D License for the entire country of Panama. This license is aimed at all coaches who will train players in the initiation stages. Pacifico Giron, Director of Technical Development of the Panamanian Federation, commented: “We have been waiting for almost a year for this moment. It is one of the most significant moments in the history of Panamanian youth soccer. This alliance with MBP means the beginning of a new era for the development of youth soccer in our country”.
MBP will share with the Federation all the content it provides including books, videos, graphics, activities, and evaluations, as well as redefine the official licensing coaching courses. Our content is of great academic value, internationally tested and pedagogically organized to create specialist coaches for each category. In addition, we have co-created the academic plan for coach development in conjunction with the Federation so that it has a logical progression and prepares coaches for each stage.
We thank FEPAFUT for their trust and congratulate them for their willingness to improve soccer through training and in dedicating their resources to developing youth soccer. This agreement greatly means a lot to us as it helps us to continue advancing on our path of helping coaches to achieve their professional ambitions.
