IPPM SYSTEM: MBP REACHES AN AGREEMENT WITH SANTA TERESA DE BADAJOZ CF

We are very pleased to announce our partnership with CD Santa Teresa, where we will implement the IPPM system (Identity, Planning, Programming and Methodology) similar as we have done in clubs such as Atletico Mineiro, Universidad de Chile, FC Ska, among others. This system allows clubs to plan the content to be trained in the youth academy and to choose the best training methodologies to develop players and people according to the club’s identity. The specific objective is that, in the medium term, these young players can form part of the first team.

During the first stage, the most important step is to define the club’s identity: what are the club’s values, what is the defined game model and what is the player profile that best fits that model. Next, MBP and the club will plan and program, week by week, the content to deliver to the players. All this will be detailed in didactic and digital manuals that the club’s coaches will be able to use. These players will be trained and developed under the club’s identity, which will be specified in the manuals and online platforms.

After finalizing the Identity, Planning and Programming, MBP will work with Civitas Santa Teresa to create optimal training sessions and didactic strategies to teach/coach these players.

We are grateful to the club for choosing us to lead this project in which we will make available all the expertise we have acquired during the last 10 years of working with coaches, players, clubs, and Federations in more than 30 countries around the world.

Finally, we would like to congratulate the club on this big move, for their innovation and for all the actions they are taking that will soon reap its reward. We believe that this is a great step forward for the club, for the city of Badajoz and also for Spanish women’s soccer. We are sure that these decisions will produce great results in the medium and long term.
